- Please include your name (just first name is ok or your full name, nickname, whatever) and your location! Please don’t forget your location! That is my favorite part of the birthday books =)
- Please do not include anything that has to do with his personal life including family, children, etc. You get it.
- Please be creative as possible and make this really special for Shifty. If you have no creativity that is ok
Just be as creative as you personally can! And if you just want to say Happy Birthday thats ok too! The more entries the better! - If you are so overwhelmed with Shifty love feel free to submit more than one entry. Like I said, the more the merrier!!
- The deadline will be May 4th, 2012. That will give me a day or so to get it all together. I will be sending it along on May 6th on his birthday. Hopefully it is a nice surprise for him!
- There will be a small prize for the best entry which will be announced at a later date!
