Shifty’s Birthday Book!!

Shifty is HAPPY you want to wish him a Happy Birthday!!

Email all entries to shiftybday@hotmail.com. I will respond letting you know that I received your entry
Please include your name (just first name is ok or your full name, nickname, whatever) and your location! Please don’t forget your location! That is my favorite part of the birthday books =)
Please do not include anything that has to do with his personal life including family, children, etc. You get it.
Please be creative as possible and make this really special for Shifty. If you have no creativity that is ok Just be as creative as you personally can! And if you just want to say Happy Birthday thats ok too! The more entries the better!
If you are so overwhelmed with Shifty love feel free to submit more than one entry. Like I said, the more the merrier!!
The deadline will be May 4th, 2012. That will give me a day or so to get it all together. I will be sending it along on May 6th on his birthday. Hopefully it is a nice surprise for him!
There will be a small prize for the best entry which will be announced at a later date!

An Early Start

I have been a long time fan of Chris Shiflett and was inspired this year to try to put together a nice birthday book for him! After seeing a certain Mr. Dave Grohl’s birthday book I thought, “Hey!! Shifty deserves this too!” And since I am his self-proclaimed biggest fan I thought I should step up and make it happen! Then I decided I might as well make a whole blog about it to help organize it. I have never done anything like this so I am hoping I can pull it together.

I am starting early so I can (hopefully) get this right. Any advice or ideas please let me know! I am more than willing to receive advice or help on this…

I will be posting a set of rules and how to contribute very soon as soon as I get that part figured out!

Shifty’s birthday is May 6th and he will be 41 this year!
